• სახელს და ტელეფონის ნომერს, რომელსაც თავად გვიტოვებთ — საიტზე, WhatsApp-ში, Messenger-ში ან Facebook/Instagram-ის განაცხადის ფორმაში;
• ინფორმაციას თქვენი შეკითხვის შესახებ (მაგ. ბინის/ნაკვეთის მისამართი, საკადასტრო კოდი, რა გაინტერესებთ);

• მხოლოდ იმისთვის, რომ გიპასუხოთ, მოგაწოდოთ ფასი და შეასრულოთ შეკვეთილი შემოწმება;

Privacy Policy

Last updated: 23 October 2026

BuildCheck (buildcheck.ge) is an independent team of civil engineers that checks apartments, land plots and construction before purchase. This page explains what data we receive from you and how we use it.

1. Data we collect

• Your name and phone number, which you provide yourself — on our website, in WhatsApp or Messenger, or in a Facebook/Instagram lead form;
• Details of your request (for example, the property address, cadastral code, what you want checked);
• Website visit statistics, used to improve the site. For this the site uses the Meta Pixel, which tells Meta (Facebook/Instagram) about page views and clicks on the WhatsApp button so that we can show our ads to more relevant people. You can limit this in your browser or Facebook ad settings.

2. How we use it

• Only to reply to you, give you a price, and carry out the check you ordered;
• We contact you in writing — via WhatsApp, Viber or Messenger.

3. Sharing

We do not sell your data or share it with third parties for advertising. It is stored only in the services we work with (Meta — Facebook/Instagram/WhatsApp, and our web hosting), and only the BuildCheck team has access to it.

4. Retention

We keep request data for no longer than 12 months, unless the law requires a longer period (for example, payment records).

5. Your rights

You can ask at any time to see, correct or delete your data. Message us on WhatsApp: wa.me/995599206620 — we will handle your request within 14 days.

6. Changes

If we update this policy, we will publish the new version on this page with its date.
